Can you fly a drone to film or photograph in India?

Under the Drone Rules 2021, drones need a Unique Identification Number from the Digital Sky platform, and commercial flying needs a Remote Pilot Certificate from a DGCA-authorised training organisation. Nano drones in green zones are exempt from some requirements.
